EMPLOYMENT PHYSICAL
Work Physical or Pre-Employment Physical
If you need a Work Physical, known as an annual wellness exam for your employer we can get you scheduled! Most employer wellness programs request blood work for cholesterol, and glucose levels. Make sure you fast before your appointment and have nothing to eat or drink except water for a minimum of 8hrs prior to your appointment. Most insurances accepted!
We also do Pre-employment physicals for those who have just landed a new job! Please note: Insurance companies do not cover Pre-Employment physicals the same as they do Work Physicals. Therefore, these are the responsibility of the patient. Call us for pricing and to schedule an appointment.
MAT SERVICES
